Everyone is so helpful and never have an issue getting an appointment. No contact on extended leather dash warranty since June. I had to call months later and they then decided to tell me it was pending because it needed one more photo. Really at a loss of what to say. I got a Durango RT in 2016. Within a month of having th car my middle seats got locked down and needed to be replaced. Never got a loaner for time car was in service. Next 2016. Within a month of having th car my middle seats got locked down and needed to be replaced. Never got a loaner for time car was in service. Next, my radiator went out completely within 6 months of having the car. Was on a highway in NJ with two small kids. No one ever told me I had road side assistance or anything. fast forward 2.5 years my car again starts over heating and making weird noises after coming off highway. It sounded like a sprain was loose in the bread pad. Took it for service and was told everything was fine. Meanwhile everyone in the car was able to hear the sounds coming from bread pad. A month before having to return the vehicle (Sept 2020) the car REEKED of antifreeze. Due to pandemic reasons and death in family we were not able to bring car for service (not was I putting my kids in that car 1. Obvious Safety reasons, I wasn’t about to put my kids life is danger and have the radiator go completely out again while in the car. And 2. I wasn’t going to have my kids inhale that god awful smell of antifreeze !! More over, in March, prior to second and third radiator incident , we wanted to keep this vehicle and/or lease another. When we went to dealership we were told we’d have to pay another 150 more for the SAME CAR, same STICKER PRICE. they justified this through new feature of car play (mind you car play has been around for YEARS ALREADY. My husband was appalled. The manager than sees our dissatisfaction and goes to run numbers, comes back with a $10 discount. We couldn’t believe it. As my husband said, I thought they’d make it hard for us to walk away by giving a good price, but like this they’ve made it EXTREMELY easy to walk away. We kept the car under lock and key, it was in impeccable condition? No scratch’s, dinges, no damage etc. We had full intention of keeping the vehicle. We were willing to overlook the radiator going out the first time however that is where we went severely wrong. It was unacceptable to have that happen from the beginning. To have to happen a second and third time — leaves me at a loss for words. All our friends and family that we’ve told this to tell us to run as far from this car as possible. The quality of the vehicle speaks volumes, however the customer service just as much!! More
