I didn’t even want to give one star. They told me they would call me in an hour, they never called. I called them back they told me they needed a specialist to come and they would call me 7:30 the next mo would call me in an hour, they never called. I called them back they told me they needed a specialist to come and they would call me 7:30 the next morning. They did not. When I called them back at 10:45 they said I can pick up my car but it was not made clear that my care was not repaired, because instead of telling me I can pick up the car right away they told me it would be ready in 1:30 minutes. When I picked up my car it was covered in bird mess and spot as if it was sitting under a tree the whole time instead of being serviced as I was supposed. I received more information from the invoice than I did the workers at the service center. The communication and customer service was so bad I’m not even 100% sure I will get called when the parts come in. One would think I’d be treated better since I’m about to spend lots of money for a repair soon. More

Brought my car in February there was check engine light. I was charged almost 900. Which we paid. Then this covid pandemic became a problem and noticed the check engine light is back again since I did not g I was charged almost 900. Which we paid. And last week I made an apt and complained about the light I brought back last Thursday and the service Dept it will cost me a 1000 dollar s so I left the car and picked it up Monday as soon as I was driving back home the check engine light is on again after paying 998 dollars what’s going on almost 2000 dollars for what isn’t it there’s suppose to guarantee your job plus I explained to the guy that I was not able to bring because of the pandemic I did not go out and I’m 72 and my husband is 75. Where is your consideration please reply More
