Pleased with this service visit When all other dealers were telling me that the next available service appointment was at least 4-6 weeks away, bayside took me in 2 weeks. Dropped off the car, they kept me informed during the day, and the vehicle was repaired in just one day. I would recommend bayside anytime. Never ever go to east hills Jeep. They are terrible. More

I would’ve given a higher rating, however, I learned that if I did not wait for my vehicle to be serviced, Service advisor Jay is always professional. Repair My car was in bad shape i missed a day of work they couldnt promise id get it back right away but in fact next morning car was fixed. Concerned, sick and financial hardship I bought a used Patriot 8 months ago. I am a little disappointed with some things but, this service was serious. My battery was leaking acid into my v I bought a used Patriot 8 months ago. I am a little disappointed with some things but, this service was serious. This service was not included under warranty but, Joshua explained this matter to manager and my financial issue as well and they charged me nothing. I'm very grateful bc I'm not I'll and I can get to work. More

Worst service ever . This was my second time there. 1st time I arrived at 6am and was there for 3 hours to be told they need to order the part. 2nd time I arrived at 10a . This was my second time there. 1st time I arrived at 6am and was there for 3 hours to be told they need to order the part. 2nd time I arrived at 10am and was there for 7 hours to be told we need to order the part then they gave me back my car with a completely different screen where my radio is!! No xm radio, car play, nav...nothing. They took the car back for another two hours with zero communication as to what was going on. The customer service guy Jay had then disappeared all together but prior to his disappearing act he told me “well at least you got a free oil change!” Jeep sent me this coupon as the car is brand new. I’d rather go to Jiffy Lube and be in and out within 30 min. I had also asked about a loner car..Jay looked at me and said “dealerships don’t do that anymore.” Hmm odd as Mercedes always gave me a loner....but I’m just a dumb girl....which is how you’re made to feel there. But I digress.. Now at the 7 hour mark I lost my patience and spoke to a different customer service guy and asked what was going on. They finally gave me the car back and said it was all fixed...even the faulty port that I was supposed to come back for. I lost 10 hours of my life that I can’t get back due to incompetence. I will NEVER go back to this dealer or service center again. More
