Recall, lie tire psi, oil change Recall was taken care of well. Multi check is always appreciated. I was told that my tire had a nail in the side & I needed a new tire to match (due to my lease), but it had to be ordered. I was told I would be called when it came in, but never was. I called the next morning to make sure it was in before going to have it replaced & after at least 25 min was told to come in after 2pm or on the next day! Neither was possible, so I was told there are 30 cars ahead of me, (I asked & was told the day before that I didn’t need an appt!!!). I was livid!! Staff was NOT helpful until Bob Kennedy came out & took care of everything!!! I was out in no time with my new tire! He changed my whole attitude & my poor review to a very good one! He is definitely one of the good guys with a wonderful people person personality! He deserves a gold star and recognition!! Thank you Bob!!! More

I love this place cause i have a relationship for many years from the dealership manager Edwin to financial dept to my main guy at the service area Brian that all of them have been like family to me and to this day only place i would trust for service to my Jeep and only place i would buy any car in the state of new york. wish i can them 100 star rating . Thanks everyone for always giving the highest respect to your customers and always being treated like a VIP 👍 when i visit to buy a new car or just service. NO replacement car while they fix the car I have 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it needs jump start after turn off. I understand they need time to fix the issue, but at the meantime, I need the a car to I have 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it needs jump start after turn off. I understand they need time to fix the issue, but at the meantime, I need the a car to drive, They (Joshua, Scott, Tim)can NOT even provide any type of the car. Just letting me to rent a car outside by myself and they reimburse $35 per day. Is this the right service for a leasing customer? More

Nice waiting room. But I’ve had 2 QA issues in both of my experiences with them. First was when I first got the car. Tire pressure was 26 pounds per the dashboard indicator. I checked with a gauge and got the same reading. I had to add 10 pounds of air to each tire to get to specs. No leaks. Then after my first oil change on the car the “oil change needed” indicator came on after I drove about 1,000 miles. When I called they said they must have forgotten to reset it. These are very basic items that should be covered by a checklist and reviewed before the car leaves the shop. To me it’s very sloppy and leaves the other work suspect. Very disappointing considering their other great features. More
