Great I had an issue with my water pump and I had the car towed in for free thanks to the Chrysler roadside service. I then got the car back with in hours. The service department is fantastic and Brian made sure to keep me posted frequently. The young lady in the front was also a pleasure and helpful. There’s a dodge dealership closer to my house but I would rather travel to the bayside location. More

Twice bitten 2015 I leased a Cherokee. Three times I was stranded because of computer failure. Once while driving on an expressway while the computer updated. Twic 2015 I leased a Cherokee. Three times I was stranded because of computer failure. Once while driving on an expressway while the computer updated. Twice I was stranded because the lift gate failed. Not to mention the policy of Bayside Jeep to not transport broken down leased autos and had to pay out of pocket for AAA when the computer decided to update while i was bringing my sister home from the hospital. When the lease was up I was disillusioned with Cherokee and went to Compass still having faith in Jeep. First there is a gas issue. Mpg is lousy and some pumps spit gas back at you while fueling with the Compass’ tank opening. Twice i had to cancel my appointments because i was doused with gas. The Compass recently had a starter issue. The policy of Bayside Jeep is no courtesy cars so I was dropped off at my home. For two days I didn’t have a vehicle so I lost a client and didn’t get to visit my Sick mother. When I called Corporate they said it would take another two days to consider a rental. Thanks to Enterprise and Better Body they got they to corporate and I got a rental for the rest of the week. Patricia in corporate resolved my issue along with Josh at the service center who updated me constantly and my car was returned hopefully fixed. I’m currently looking for a new service center and definitely will not come back to Jeep for another lease. More
My vehicle was not fixed properly I brought my vehicle in because it was making a loud noise on January 28, 2019 after several promises that my vehicle would be ready it was not ready I brought my vehicle in because it was making a loud noise on January 28, 2019 after several promises that my vehicle would be ready it was not ready on the days promise. I Finally got my vehicle back on February 5 which is unacceptable. I was place in a rental vehicle, which I was promised reinforcement that I have not received as February 20, 2019. I’ve to keep calling and as usual I get the run around how the receipt was miss placed. Still waiting. More

Good results are not guaranteed The biggest downside to this dealership is that when my car broke down and needed service, it took 2 and half weeks, and although it was manufacturer The biggest downside to this dealership is that when my car broke down and needed service, it took 2 and half weeks, and although it was manufacturer problem, I was not given a loaner car. I'm a traveling nurse, and it caused a very BIG inconvenience. There has to be a plan set for when a customer car breaks down. Especially the car was brand new. just 10 days old when it happened! My car issue was not personal to any employees, in fact they tried their best; however it is absurd that a brand new car breaks down due to manufacturer problem and customer has to suffer more instead of really helping me. The customer service line to call when I had a case number was the worst. The customer service line of case management was always a story to reach who you need to reach, and I especially dodnt like that they did most of the calling on a Friday, knowing that offices will be closed on the weekend when having to follow up. More

For these reasons it is most probably the reason that sometimes the return is slow. I would recommend them but I would suggest you do it when you have spare time. More
