The moment I walked in, he immediately showed concern and consideration in what I was looking for in a vehicle. Jeffrey answered all of my questions with extensive knowledge of the Volkswagen. He was not focused on meeting his monthly sales quota, rather, on customer satisfaction; Jeffrey did not try of push a car on me. He showed cars that were within my price range and I was very comfortable in his explanations; making sure I understood all aspects of the vehicle, which helped me make a hassle free purchase within my budget. The sales managers, Daniel Yankov and Angelo Alexiadis; sales consultants, Marshall Rosen; and the business manager, Nelson Santos, were very personable and contributed in making the car buying process go very smoothly.
