Definitely not your typical dealership. Alan and Angelo were personable. No high pressure stereotypical car salesman attitude. I felt comfortable working with them. It is great to know that there are still dealerships out there who care more about customer service than the actual sale. I am beyond impressed and grateful to the Bayside VW team. I originally called to check the availability of a vehicle and that was when i met Marshall Rosen. His expertise and customer service are beyond anyone I have ever dealt with at a dealer. He graciously took a down payment over the phone and the vehicle was ready for pickup upon the set date. Once i got to the dealer to trade in my Passat and pick up my new vehicle it was the same great service and experience. Andrew Wigfall was the sales person in charge of the transaction and he made it quick and easy. Not only did i get what i wanted, the bayside team was able to get me a better financing rate through one of their associated banks. I will NEVER go to a different dealer, my family and i have been buying VW's for the last 60 years and i can honestly say this has been one of the best purchases in a very long time. Highly recommended. More
