He called us the day we were to pick up the car, to tell us that everything was ready for us and we could pick up the car at our earliest convenience. When we arrived, he met us at the door and took us to the Financial manager named, Do Chang. He was also very helpful and friendly. He also told us about the importance of obtaining the road hazard tire coverage which we decided to obtain. He helped me to understand all the paperwork; had me read carefully and showed me where to sign. After we were finished with him we went back to Mr. You who then introduced us to the technician, Harry, who took us to the car and explained all the numerous features within the car. We had many questions and he not only answered them, but very diligently showed me how to use the different features and had me experiment with using them. He was extremely helpful, patient, informative and friendly. Mr. You joined us in the car after a while, and invited us back in to the office to receive a lovely gift; 2 volkswagen key chains.
