Buying at Beaver Chevy was one of my better car buying experiences. I tried a new approach. Getting an Out The Door price, prior to arriving at the dealership. This removed a lot of anxiety and element of experiences. I tried a new approach. Getting an Out The Door price, prior to arriving at the dealership. This removed a lot of anxiety and element of surprise. Torrey was very easy to deal with. He respected my approach and did not pressure me at all. He quickly completed the paperwork, escorted me to financing and patiently waited while the paperwork was completed. Torrey then walked me out to the truck and demonstrated the interior electronics, etc. I would buy from Beaver again. More

Evan isn’t the one who did my service. At least that’s what they said at drop off. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership in general. But I was a little disappointed. First t At least that’s what they said at drop off. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership in general. But I was a little disappointed. First the shuttle service was top notch. But the tracker needs work. Not accurate at all. The most upsetting thing was when I picked it up they didn’t tell me what they checked. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I can’t even be sure they did anything since they didn’t reset my gauge on the dash. My tire pressure light has on ever since I came in. The lack of communication and not resetting the oil change indicator is very disappointing and concerning. I plan to call and tell them this week. I expected more from Beaver! More
