Wait time was 2 hours for oil change with no tire rotation. With an appointment! They also didn’t check my tires for air he had to take it back again to make sure it was all good. They did a warrant rotation. With an appointment! They also didn’t check my tires for air he had to take it back again to make sure it was all good. They did a warrant check but my car feels worse driving it. Any other oil Change is 20 minutes and they do more without having to take it back bc they didn’t check it. Why make an appointment? And Evan claimed they do all that and more than ti other places. When they didn’t. Waste of time and experience. More

I was told that they didnt want to take the time out to fix my car, and advised me to just come and get it back, after having it for 6 weeks. It was I either buy a new transmission for $7200( which I didn’ fix my car, and advised me to just come and get it back, after having it for 6 weeks. It was I either buy a new transmission for $7200( which I didn’t need, it was only a suggestion) or come get the vehicle because they didn’t feel like finding out exactly what was wrong with it.
