Sloppy When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment I wasn't greeted at the driveway, like I'd expect, so I found the service department door and wand When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment I wasn't greeted at the driveway, like I'd expect, so I found the service department door and wandered in. There isn't a service desk or receptionist so I had to snag a employee walking by, I was informed that the service consultant that I scheduled my appointment with had "called in" which I guess means he's not around. Apparently the computers were down that morning, so it was chaos. It didn't get much more professional from there, sloppy describes the appearance, attitude and approach in this case on this day. I know, its Chevy not Lexus or Mercedes but it should still be professional, right? More

Initial Service and options added to my new Silverado. I purchased my new Silverado from beaver Chevrolet. At the time, I dealt with Jonathan and Mason who worked up the sale, and with Tim who went throug I purchased my new Silverado from beaver Chevrolet. At the time, I dealt with Jonathan and Mason who worked up the sale, and with Tim who went through the financing piece of the deal. During the sale negotiations, I requested an initial oil change at the 500 mile mark on the odometer because that would be the typical engine brake in period for any new vehicle. The sale folks agreed to this request, and that was the main reason for the service. Additionally, I had asked to have the window tinting, nitrogen filled tires and swap of regular mirrors for tow mirrors. With the exception of the tow mirrors, I got all the items listed above during this Break In Engine Oil Change. The mirrors for the new body style 1500 Silverado were not yet available, so I will get them when the dealership has them in their stock. The Bottom Line: I am a fan of Beaver Chevrolet, and their staff have really made my purchase and my first service visit a wonderful experience. Thank you again for taking care of us and our new truck. More
