It took 3 calls to the service department, leaving a voice mail each time, to set up the appointment. Then drop off took 15 minutes with no contact from staff before I walked up to an employee for them voice mail each time, to set up the appointment. I told John that I would be leaving immediately. 4 hours later I had not received any update regarding the vehicle so I called and was sent to voice mail (I did not leave a voicemail). 30 minutes later I called again this time I did leave a voice mail. Finally one hour after my voicemail I called again and the woman who picked up the phone physically walked over to John to get my answer. That answer being that the vehicle was ready 5 hours ago. I will not return. More
