Brought in for the first oil change since purchase. Also, asked about the protection they put on the windshield when we purchased, because it wasn’t working properly. I was very disappointed in the fact that the app said this location offers free carwash with a service appointment and when I got there they said they were "staffed" to do a car wash? I chose this location as it was close to my job and its my first service done to my Chevy Traverse. I'll go to a different Chevy dealership next time I guess. The check in process was excellent, it took 3 weeks to complete the ac repair but was furnished with a loaner. Gage was great with email, the text system was not the best choice of communication email was complete the ac repair but was furnished with a loaner.
