Every time I’ve had my car in for service, with the exception of 1-2 times, they have kept it for days and days with no updates, no return phone calls, their status link that they txt you upon check in never works, and this time they locked my key fob in my car with it running, and took around 20 minutes to get it unlocked. So immediately I was nervous to even leave the car there, because there was no telling what else was going to happen. So against my better judgement, I left it. But never again. I will never come back here. I’m so sick of the disappointment. When we first got the car, after the FIRST one we got had to be returned due to a transmission problem, we had to email Linda Beaver herself because of the absolute nightmare that we had to endure at the St Augustine dealership. I’m surprised our account here isn’t flagged somehow. Yeah WOW is right. “YIKES” is more accurate. More

DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IN THIS DAY AND AGE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS WOULD RATHER STEAL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN BUILD LOYALTY.
