Zachary Giordano is amazing! My first visit to Beaver Toyota was to look and test drive 3 model types (no buying). Dreading the typical pressure tactics, experienced in the past. My first visit to Beaver Toyota was to look and test drive 3 model types (no buying). Dreading the typical pressure tactics, experienced in the past. I met Zach that day and informed him “only looking today.” Zac said no problem. He went out of his way to find the vehicles for me to test drive, spending over an hour with me and, NO sales tactics. I left the dealership with a vehicle in mind (not in stock but arriving soon). Zach kept in touch and when the vehicle arrived, he made the sale. All of this to say: I appreciate Zach's patience, kindness and no pressure sales tactics from beginning to end. This is why I chose Beaver Toyota. Zach gets top score. If your looking or buying, ask for Zachary Giordano. Sales Dept: generous with 4 stars. Spent 3 hours haggling price with some paperwork signed. And, almost 3 hours the 2nd day to sign rest of paperwork. Still think I paid too much but se la vie. They need to work on their customer service. Maybe take lessons from Zach. More

Much appreciated since I has headed over to panhandle to visit family. Robert's service was 5.0 across the board. My issue was/is with Management and transparency of parts pricing. After comparing parts prices on Toyota Nation and 3 local dealers ( Daytona and Jacksonville) it is clear that Beaver Toyota charges ~20-25% above MSRP while the other 3 Dealers ~10-15% below MSRP for the same OEM part listed on Toyota Nation. I verified this by review parts charged during service from 2019 forward. When I provided Robert with my info he had the charges reduced to MSRP which I appreciate but still doesn't explain managements decision to charge 20-25% above MSRP. At least on new cars prices Beaver is clear on markup above MSRP and added Dealer cost. Parts markup 20-25% above MSRP is hidden. Other local dealrer deal with the same supply chair and inflation issues but are below MSRP. I guess we have to pay for the WOW factor, More
