Funny Story I’d recommend this dealership to others, and especially Seth. He worked with me to find a vehicle that met my needs and budget. The funny part of this story is actually that I had the dealership register my car for me... andddd I don’t know why I didn’t notice it until I left.... but my license plate mind you says Beaver Toyota on it and the plate they put on my car reads “LEZ F30” ... lmfao! First day driving to work this morning I see someone laughing at my plate. Needless to say, I’m not the butt BUT the BEAVER of every joke on the road. That being said, I’d still recommend these guys. Especially the insurance rep who helped me switch from Geico to Progressive knocking my full coverage cost down $1,100 per year. I’ll also speak to the dedication they showed. These guys the night before I purchased my car worked until 1:00 AM selling cars to people who clearly should probably not be allowed out of the house that late at night. Also, Seth is prior service and super cute. Just throwing that out there! Thanks guys for the good service and the many laughs I’ll be having over my license plate! More

I actually never came back after such a poor experience. Thankfully, this time around my mother convinced me to come back in. I was able to get the EXACT car that I wanted (one that two other Toyota dealerships tried to sell me for a much worse deal). My customer service experience was fair. Frankly the employees are all somewhat friendly but not too genuine. However they are very good at their job. Attention to detail could definitely be improved. I did have to go back more than once for my spare key which got to be annoying after the 3rd trip. It seemed like a lack of communication between departments rather than a single person’s fault. If it weren’t for that it would have been a very good experience. More

I had a fantastic Experience I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesm I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesman James Speiser had an extremely relaxed attitude and wasn't the typical salesman type. I think at one point he said he didn't mind if I purchased elsewhere but he was going to make sure I had the best experience and gained the most knowledge while at Beaver. He was also very funny. We went over the entire vehicle top to bottom. I met with George and he was able to persuade the big guy in the office to give me the deal I was really looking for. Thank you for such a great, informative and fun time! More
