This is a no hassel no BS dealer ship, they make it work. I call Beaver Toyota on an on line used car they had listed and told them what I want to buy the car for and they made it work. Started out by going online to Beaver's website and when we saw the discounted pricing, we headed down to St. Augustine from Jacksonville. What a great experience it was purchasing our new Prius. Our sales rep, Robert Nolen, was so nice and easy to work with - no pressure and hype - which made the entire transaction headache free. Brett Morgan, the manager, was genuine and super helpful, and the detail technician made sure our new vehicle was showroom pretty. All the sales reps and receptionists were kind and enthusiastic. Didn't get a chance to sink a few golf xxxxx on the putting green - will make sure to do that when we come back for the first of our complimentary ToyotaCare maintenance visits. Oh, and our free full tank of gas is STILL full! Hooray Prius! Thanks, Beaver Toyota! More

A bad experience from previous owner and team put me in a tough situation, but Brett took ownership and handled things as if his team were responsible. Even if we couldn't put a deal together, he offered valuable recommendations. No pressure, just excellent customer service delivery to correct a situation he had nothing to do with. The frustration I had came to him with was quickly changed to hope and relief. Cameron was patient and answered every question/concern i had to prevent repeat of experience with prior owner. Again, no pressure and no haggling. Ryan in finance clearly explained every option and was able to work numbers comfortable for me. Faron is quite knowledgeable and passionate about his product. After buying the car, he took the time to explain many features of the vehicle especially the navigation system and how it worked. He also followed-up with me the next day to make sure everything was okay. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, I recommend you visit Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine, and please ask for Faron Gallon. You will be very delighted you did. I traveled all the way from Jacksonville because I wanted to be “wowed”, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed…from the sale consultant to the sales and business managers. I called inquiring about my next car over the phone and expressed my interest in the car but stated to Cameron Morgan getting down there would be difficult. Concerned I might lose the car, Chance and Bret made it a priority to bring the car to me. I understand doing anything for a sale, but 40 miles. Yeah this was customer service. After a few adjustments, I was able to make the 40 mile drive, buy my car in under 3 hours, feed me lunch, and get back to pick my autistic son up by 2.30. Hands down. Excellent work. This is also a shout out to Shane for his quickness with finance and to Abby for her hospitality. The Beaver way is the only way to buy a car. More
