Complaint: Not sure if things were super busy, but I had an oil change package appointment, included car wash, but the desk attendant forgot to add the wash. I asked for it to be done and left to go take ca an oil change package appointment, included car wash, but the desk attendant forgot to add the wash. I asked for it to be done and left to go take care of business, but the person did not call me when it was done like he said he would. Instead, he went home and parked my vehicle where it was difficult to find by your team members. It took about 20 minutes to find. Found the vehicles's key in another customers folder. Applause: thank you guys for taking good care off my vehicle. More
