Salesman was fine but once we made a deal it became a disaster. They had me come in to take delivery and I walked into a showroom with numerous groups of people in screaming matches with employees. Then disaster. They had me come in to take delivery and I walked into a showroom with numerous groups of people in screaming matches with employees. Then was told there was No way they could close with me that day and they’d have all paperwork ready for me the next day by docusign. I was ready to come I. Next day and wasn’t told until 30 min before they close they couldn’t deliver that day. So I go in the next day expecting a quick close and I’m there 2.5 hrs. Manager said they normally have 4 closing people and now only have two, and the one I dealt with clearly had no idea what he was doing. He told me on phone they’d found a credit to save me money then in person said he misread residual numbers and he was wrong. Kicking myself because sales price in doc was not what we agreed to even though monthly came in at agreement. I think the moronic closing guy did find a credit and didn’t understand the docs and jacked up the sales price as he was focused on a monthly number. Blamed all his troubles on being out of toner. Manager was nice enough but his smiles and promise of a deal in the future didn’t give me back my time or get the price right which I’m now certain I got screwed in due to the incompetence of the closing guy. Pretty sure they applied a credit I didn’t get in the end as he raised sales price to offset things. This was on a $95k car. Not the service you’d expect. More
