Firestone confirmed alignment being out of alignment. Requested Firestone not complete repair. *October 14, 2024 -Bell Honda confirmed pulling to the right. Alignment performed by bell Honda October 23, 2024 -Vehicle pulling to the right. Alignment performed by Bell Honda -Michael Vu and assistant service manager Trish stated that the steering gearbox recall had to be performed. At this time, she assured me if the issue with the alignment continued, Bell Honda service would make sure that the issue was figured out. She later lied about this conversation on February 3, 2025 when approached with remembering this conversation at Bell Honda. ***Reported Bell Honda to The Better Business Bureau, Banned from Bell Honda*** Vehicles still pulling to the right. Contacted America Honda corporation. *Recall November -Waiting for recall part- Allocated to Right Honda *December 13, 2024 -Right Honda replaced steering gearbox and high-pressure fuel pump recall. Advised no issue with alignment by TJ. *January 23, 2025- Vehicle pulling to the right and oil change. Alignment is unaligned. -Right Honda *January 24, 2025 - Spoke with Iris, “Bell Honda service did not sell you your vehicle, Bell Honda sales sold you your car”. I’ve been asking Bell Honda to figure out why my alignment continues to go out for 6 months. *January 30, 2025 - Alignment performed by Right Honda *February 3, 2025 -Vehicle pulling to the right and worsening suspension noise. Vehicle is unaligned again per Right Honda. *Today 2/3/25 Trish and Iris at Bell Honda- as a one time courtesy we will fix your alignment and tighten your tie rod that was discovered today however you will still be banned from Bell Honda. My question, so if in an additional five days goes by and my alignment has still not been fixed, Bell Honda service is not going to figure out why it continues to go out. Trish – do you realize that I didn’t even have to see your vehicle today. I felt bad for you because you were crying on the phone. She proceeded to say that she would not allow me to come back in five days if the alignment was out. Who is going to take responsibility for a vehicle that the alignment continues to go out? I purchased my vehicle from Bell Honda but Bell Honda doesn’t seem to care. I have never in my life been met with such distain and disregard of a customer’s experience. I’ve requested that this be escalated to Gwen two times now. I’m curious as to whether Gwen even knows about this case. The reason as to why the alignment continues to go out, has not been discovered by the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. The issue continues after seeking help at a different dealership. Emailing Gwen Denney to see if Bell Honda will figure out why the vehicle they sold me will not stay aligned. American Honda corporation, where is your help? More

My experience with Mihui Kim was very unprofessional. Bell Honda as a whole is 5 star, Mihui Kim is a 1 star as there is no option for 0. On January 31, I texted Kim to change my scheduled appointment da Bell Honda as a whole is 5 star, Mihui Kim is a 1 star as there is no option for 0. On January 31, I texted Kim to change my scheduled appointment date but was met with rude service and a lack of communication. When calling to confirm appt. I was made aware that I was directed to the wrong department to take the car in, and she would not answer me to confirm the correct one or my question regarding coverage. I texted several times but still no answer. I called service again and was told it would be collision, I called collision and was told the repair would be service, so I still had no appt. I texted again to get clarification where my appt is. After getting no answers to this and the answer to coverage for two days, I finally just texted her name with question marks and she immediately called me. I was finally told the repair was covered and to bring the car to the sales dept.?? When asked why she texted Service, she cut me off and did not answer. Her attitude on the phone was unexpected given the great service over the last decades from your other agents. When called out on the treatment of text she blamed your sales agent, Akeem, but it is her name as the agent in my text conversation and not Akeem. Also not his text verbiage given our prior conversation. Aside from being unresponsive with my last initial contact attempt which led me to text Mihui, Akeem has provided excellent service. He has gone out of his way several times to make us feel appreciated, so we know this has not been him. We 100% believe he was not involved in this matter. The texts and calls with Mihui were cold and unprofessional. I requested her managers' information but it has not been provided. I have all the text (with her name) on file if requested. Everyone else is wonderful. We have been purchasing cars for years and have always been met with excellent service. Ramsey, George, Q, Joshua, and now Akeem make our time with you a wonderful experience. We will return. We feel you need to be made aware of her actions and how poorly she represents you guys. More
