The buying experience was great. However, we purchased a brand new car and there was some slight damage on the front end which we noticed just before we drove it off the lot. I received a call to bring it in to the collision center and a guy took pictures. They said they would get back to me and I've called and left messages, and now 6 weeks since the pictures were taken, no one will return my calls to get the damage fixed. Sales: Great!
