More than expected The service Manager Joshua promised us fast and complete service. We live 2 hours west of Bell. The car went in at9am and was ready before 1pm. Great service! I needed to get my Honda Pilot in for an airbag recall and I had been procrastinating. Jason Stiles, a service rep at Bell Honda was very patient wit I needed to get my Honda Pilot in for an airbag recall and I had been procrastinating. Jason Stiles, a service rep at Bell Honda was very patient with me. He would give me gentle phone reminders and then when it looked like I could make it happen on a next day which was Saturday, he made it happen for me. I appreciated his professionalism and product knowledge as he walked me through the process. He ran diagnostics on my vehicle and the department gave me a great deal on a wheel rotation that I needed. When I went to pick up my Pilot, it was all washed and shiney! My experience at Bell Honda service was exceptional. I would highly recommend that you ask for Jason Stiles when you call for serivice. More
Horrible I brought our 2016 honda civic to the dealership with an exploded moonroof. The glass literally exploded out after hearing a sound like a gunshot. I took it to Brenden at Bell Honda and was told that they couldn't prove the glass exploded. At this point I will fix the glass myself but this should be reported to consumer reports..Honda uses cheap material and won't even accept that they leave customers in danger. After owning 2 Honda's I will never purchase another. Manufacturers defects should be reported so other customers dont have the same issue. We almost had an accident when this happened and we just want people to be aware that this does happen. You can look online and see for your self. More

I went in because my battery had died a few days prior and I was unable to get in my vehicle to have it jump started. The keys within the two fobs I was provided at time of purchase, would not unlock the door, which had to of been an issue from the beginning considering I've only ever used the electrical portion of the fob. (I have a 2016 Civic.) Wayne initially said he'd get their techs to verify the problem and call me with an answer and price when he found out, before acting on the solution. Less than an hour later he calls me saying that the tech had already almost completed the fix when Wayne went out to check on it - so as a "courtesy" they would only charge me for a half hour of labor. This was completely unethical on a personal standpoint, and even though my vehicle is just out of warranty - the issue should have been solved at no cost considering it was defective from the start. More

Worst Service of any dealer I have been too. I have recently brought my 2006 Honda Oddysey to Bell Honda for a check engine light. I was told by the service advisor, Nathan Garcia, they would nee I have recently brought my 2006 Honda Oddysey to Bell Honda for a check engine light. I was told by the service advisor, Nathan Garcia, they would need 1 to 2 hours of diagnosis time authorized up front and he would call me after they looked at it. no word from Nathan after 3 days I called left 4 messages for him to call and let me know what the status was of my vehicle. I finally got ahold of Nathan on the fifth day. ( I called him). the only thing he could tell me that the tech was driving it and hit something and blew out a tire. so 3 more days later with no word from them i went to the dealer service dept, only to find out that i tried to tell me that i was going to be charged for the tire. after straightening that mess out. still no word from him on the status of my vehicle. today the 12 day i went there and low and behold truck still in the same parking spot still not looked at. I am extremely disappointed with the way they don't take care of the customer, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. they are the worst. Don M. More
