I have no problem with the service that was done. My issues lie with the communication between the service team and myself. There was none. When I asked what the problem was, I was told it was a communication error. The solution was 10% off future service. What I wanted was not to have to pay for the oil change I got. I will not be returning for future service unless it’s another recall. More
