I live in North Jersey and I was visiting family for Memorial Day Weekend when I came in. As I was walking up I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative, Melynda. She walked me over to the used car lot and asked me what I was looking for in a new car. Shortly into the conversation, she stated that she knew exactly what I was looking for and she went inside real quick. As I walked around looking at the other cars, I stopped at Pre-Owned 2016 Jeep Compass, which sure enough was the car Melynda had already gone for the keys for. Melynda was so pleasant, very relatable, helpful, respectful, and was straight forward. She didn't try to persuade me into other directions, but was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. She was also very speedy with the whole process. I left with my new vehicle that day and it only took about 5 hours to work with Melynda and the Finance representative. Melynda and the Dealership was even understandable when I had to take an hour to drive to my families home to pick up my old vehicles title for trade in. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Bennett Chevrolet and working with Melynda. I have already started to recommend this dealership to some of my friends. More
