I originally came to just look at cars with my parents and had no intention of buying. However, after Alex was helping us and I found nice cars that he suggested I test out. I grew to really love the car I ended up purchasing. The whole process was easy, he was so helpful he even helped me set up my new car insurance for the car. I was not looking to pay too high in monthly payments and Alex made sure that I would have the best price in my budget to his best ability. He got who I believe to be the Manager involved in assisting with helping lower my payments per month which was super helpful for me I am so grateful, thank you! (I assume the manager's name at the time was Mark I honestly forgot I am sorry!!) Everyone was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Alex helped me set up my bluetooth, OnStar, and WiFi connections to my cellphone as well. Any questions I asked about the car he knew and handled my questions with ease. Amanda was my Finance helper and she was just as great and amazing! Alex, Amanda, and the manager made sure I understood everything I was walking into and signing. Purchasing another vehicle I was greeted by Jeanie Cottrell as I walked into the showroom. She was super sweet and friendly. I already knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase and I was greeted by Jeanie Cottrell as I walked into the showroom. She was super sweet and friendly. I already knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase and we got right to it. She showed me the vehicles that I was interested in because I did not want to see any other than the impala I wanted. We took it for test drive and she very knowledgeable about the car. In the end she gave me her business card and her personal cellphone number and said I could call her with any and all questions I may have.
