His knowledge of the ve Our experience with Bennett Chevrolet was the best I ever had at a car dealership. We dealt with Marc Rowe on our first visit. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. He reviewed every aspect of the car without hesitation. You could tell he was on top of his game. When we said we wanted to check out some other cars, I was expecting to be bombarded with reasons why we had to buy the vehicle then and there, but there was none. After visiting other dealerships (where the salespeople were nowhere near as knowledgeable) we decided to buy our Equinox. We went back the day to buy it and dealt with Erik Rabey. Erik touched base with me the night before and encouraged me to fill out the finance application online, which I did. When we got there, Erik had all our paperwork ready to go. It took about 45 minutes from the time we walked in until the time the paperwork was done, which was a first for me. After I was handed the keys, Erik spent another hour with me, in the car, reviewing everything. He was very patient as I asked to go over the same thing several times. Needless to say, this was a great experience! More

The Better Car Negotiation Experience I've Had I am in the market for a small van and found the (almost) perfect one. Firstly, I knew I was in the right place when my senses were not assaulted by I am in the market for a small van and found the (almost) perfect one. Firstly, I knew I was in the right place when my senses were not assaulted by hard rock/R & B music blasting in the showroom, an obvious tactic used to disorient and confuse the potential buyer, tipping the sales scales in favor of the more nefarious dealerships. Salesman Jon DeNick met me at the door in a low key, no nonsense, professional manner which started off our negotiations on good footing. With great economy, Jon escorted me to the exact van I was looking for and even offered a better price for which I had originally planned to counter! Wow! The only roadblock to deal finalization was a lending institution rule which I feel we can overcome. I look forward to continued negotiations which will finalize our purchase deal. My only minor gripe would be the gentle sales pressure to start their Allied Financing immediately, a tactic I did not fully understand until I gave it much thought during my drive home. Too convoluted to explain here. But, overall, my experience was probably the best in all my years of car buying so I will continue to negotiate until I purchase the vehicle I need. More
