I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us in the service dept. We pride ourselves on our customer service and do our best to get folks in and out in a timely manner. Doing a 27 point inspection, along with the oil change and diagnosing a possible engine problem does take a bit of time. We would not want to rush something that needs focused attention. We do appreciate your patience when waiting for a vehicle and value you as a patron of our dealership.
