Took 8 days of possession of vehicle for them to look at car. I understand some employees got quarantined for Covid. Took me coming into dealership to retrieve my EZ PASS to find out. Had to wait over 30 min for EZ pass. Even after calling prior to arrival by 20 min. After part received it took an appropriate time to fix it of approx 48 hrs Only reason I am giving 3 instead of 1 star is because of the COVID issue More
