Nice car, good deal, easy transaction. Sale went smooth, I have no complains about any part of transaction. Unfortunately car is back at the dealership for CEL diagnosis and misc repairs th Sale went smooth, I have no complains about any part of transaction. Unfortunately car is back at the dealership for CEL diagnosis and misc repairs that were overlooked during the certification process. Also noticed car have many paint imperfections that I was simply not able to inspect before the purchase. They were poorly touched up, but good enough for me not to see them during initial inspections. This is however not a sales person fault, and more of the CPO prep/service dept. Matt was able to get me in touch with the service dept. immediately. Overall experience was great, hopefully all of the issues can be resolved and car will be up to the standards of MB CPO. More

As current MB owners, and having purchased from MB of Manhattan, we have a good frame of reference with respect to attentiveness, competitiveness of pricing, etc., and James and the team scored high marks on all fronts. Although we didn't ultimately execute the purchase, I will certainly be back when we seek our next lease in a few years' time, and will specifically seek to work with James on the project. More
