So much so that I actually don’t mind waiting while my car is being serviced. There is a nice offering of complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Their loaner cars are great. I only wish they had more Smarts available as a loaner (especially electric ones). However, I’m not really complaining since I was supplied a very posh 2018 GLE 350. My complaint was when I had to give it up to get back my car! The only real complaint, if any, is that I wish the service pricing was more competitive with small business mechanics. I will continue patronizing this great place in the future. More
