2 Week Old AMG TREATED POORLY I purchased a CPO on May 31 and was asked to bring it into service to correct a door issue. I brought in my less than 2 week old car on June 15 aroun I purchased a CPO on May 31 and was asked to bring it into service to correct a door issue. I brought in my less than 2 week old car on June 15 around 2:30 and about 10 personnel came out to view the door issue in an attempt to figure out whether it was for service or body shop. They told us to leave the car till Tuesday but matter wasnt corrected until 8 business days later. I was contacted on Wednesday, 6/27 that my car was ready for pick up. I work in the city and dont get home till 6:30. So I made work arrangements to leave work early on Friday 6/29 to pick it up. I called to have a shuttle transport from my home to the dealership and was told that wasnt a problem but had to call back. When my wife called back 30 minutes later to complete setting up the shuttle, the receptionist couldnt find my file and so was transferred to Vanessa. Vanessa rudely said a shuttle couldnt be scheduled to assist us and instead asked why we didnt just pick up the car 3 days ago. So an Uber ride later and got to the service dept at 3:50. Told us to wait. My wife went back to the receptionist to find out what the delay was 40 minutes later and was told the car was being washed. Vanessa finally came to get us and brought us out only to see that our new car had many new scratches. When I purchased the car, there was only 1 scratch above the driver door handle. Catherine Lara was very helpful in trying to show us the pictures but we knew for a fact that car was not brought in with all the new scratches since I only drove the car once and its garage kept. The pictures were taken at exactly 3:41pm which was one hour after we had drove the car onto the service lot. The tech didnt take pictures while we were there since nobody knew what was happening with the car door issue. We were told to leave the car behind, in the middle of the service lot. Top it off, the car was not washed as I was lied to by the receptionist, a mechanics half empty old coke bottle in the car, more than 3 new scratches & car very dusty from pollen. More
