Did not have to wait at all for the Service Advisor to come out (although I brought the car in the late morning, so it may not have been so busy at that time). Process of getting a loaner car was simple. The service was the 1-year maintenance, and for a recall related to power steering control software update. The car was ready later that day, as indicated. IT WAS TOO NERVE RACKING DRIVING ON THE ROAD AND BEING IN FEAR OF ALL POT HOLES. MY PREVIOUS TIRES COULD NOT WITHSTAND THE IMPACT. I SWITCHED FROM THE SPORTS MODEL TO THE LUXURY MODEL. HOPEFULLY THIS CORRECTS THE PROBLEM WITH THE TIRES ALWAYS GETTING BUBBLES. THIS CAR NOW HAS WIDER TIRES. LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH ARNOLD IN THE FUTURE.
