Satisfied with the service but not the loaner. New rules limit the usage to 100 miles a day. I am already 45 miles away and we ended up not using the loaner car. It is shameful to have this restriction and representing the Mercedes brand. Told my friends and family about this new rule when they go to this dealership. More
