I don't like the attitude of the Frank, he was behaving like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when I need to pay he increase price. When I ask why you are charging more he told me my car need more oil. Why this Gentleman did not know my Cars Model? Of course he suppose to know. After that he gave me very bad attitude. When I was leaving I just have to say bye to my friend who also came for service it took only 30sec. I told him hold on, but he gave key to my wife and disappear without saying anything. this is I was not expecting, I was with my wife I felt very bad. Excellent! ! Purchased a month ago However vehicle shakes while driving brought to auto shop detected front left rim bent causing vibration. Dealer service di ! Purchased a month ago However vehicle shakes while driving brought to auto shop detected front left rim bent causing vibration. Dealer service did tire balanced but still vehicle vibrated. So I brought to auto shop then they did all wheel balanced twice still vibration didn’t go away and they detected front right rim is bent. I’m very frustrated. I love the vehicle but I’m not enjoying driving due to vibration. So I left my car get rim repaired at auto shop today. Please advise me what I should do at this point Only reason I left at auto shop because dealer service stated balances were done and everything is fine. But I haven’t felt not riding properly.
