This dealership is awesome! Always have a great experience! Clean and welcoming! My advisor was knowledgeable and helpful! William Berger took care of me. Saw me standing there, just came over and introduced himself! And proceeded to help. I can’t stress enough how helpful he was! When they said my car was gonna be a couple hrs, he immediately offered a loaner. I had to be at work! I was grateful! He was so kind and friendly! I was in and out in no time. RIP OFF! ! I spent $5,700 on new brakes (!!) and this dealership had the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of such an expensive bill. Do you really e ! I spent $5,700 on new brakes (!!) and this dealership had the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of such an expensive bill. Do you really expect me to walk around with $6,000 in cash? This is the cost of doing business - especially given the prices you charge for your services. My local dry cleaners don’t charge me a credit card fee. Have some class, Benzel. This stinks of tax evasion/fraud. More

I’m glad they have service that they can pickup your car if you can not to the service place. And they will give you also a space car so that in case of emergency I have a car that I can use, specially I am if you can not to the service place. And they will give you also a space car so that in case of emergency I have a car that I can use, specially I am a senior citizen, the dealer where I bought the car is a little bit far from where I live.
