Didn't honor my valuable service prize Came in for a quick oil change with coupon from General Motors. Acted like they had never seen one and did not honor my valuable service for the oil Came in for a quick oil change with coupon from General Motors. Acted like they had never seen one and did not honor my valuable service for the oil change. Even marketing had no idea and said it was a promo they would not honor. They did give 50 percent off which was nice but not complimentary. I always buy Chevy and thought just once I was getting a deal from Berger. They told me to call GM. I did and they were great ... they gave me a voucher for service...not expecting that. Very impressed by that....not so impressed by Berger even though I have purchased vehicles from them. More
