Service department is a complete rip off. They charged me even though they were not able to fix anything. Their quote to eventually fix my car was outrageous. I was satisfied overall with my experience at Berger. I was upset about the fact that Jeremy told me my car payment was right under $400 like I told him I wanted it but when I went to sit down with the fin was upset about the fact that Jeremy told me my car payment was right under $400 like I told him I wanted it but when I went to sit down with the financing it turned into almost $500 with all the warranty and extra stuff. So I am stuck paying a car payment above the amount I wanted to but I can manage. I also didn’t like the fact that he didn’t point out the little crack in the windshield. I did not notice that until after I left the lot. Other than that I had a positive experience. More

Najib, was friendly & flexible to work with. However, I was unhappy overall with my experience. When I was just looking on the lot, I was told about a promotion that was for an additional 2,000 savings was unhappy overall with my experience. When I was just looking on the lot, I was told about a promotion that was for an additional 2,000 savings + trade in. I was never asked any questions about mileage on my trade in, to determine if I would qualify. It was just presented to me as if it applied to every trade in. This was a factor in my decision to purchase from Berger. Once I was in the office ready to purchase of course I was told my Avenger Mainstreet Heat with 168,00 miles would only be worth 1,000 total trade in, because the offer was not valid for My high mileage car. This offer was actually even lower than blue book value!!! Looking back, I really wish I would have walked away at that point. He did come up to 1,500. Which is STILL LOWER than blue book for all the features on my car. But regretfully, I accepted. If I would have been asked 1 simple question- it would have made a hugh difference. I did feel misled. Please Only present VALID offers to your customers. The other concern, in my Avenger I had a harddrive with downloadable music on a touchscreen. It was an important feature to have in my new car which is a Cruze I was shown the USB & was told it would download music. The problem is it is not downloadable, it only plays the music if you leave the USB in the car, it's not a harddrive. A month later, I'm still very disappointed with the music option in the Cruze. It is a touchscreen, but for music you have to pay for like XM, Pandora, etc. Didn't want to have to carry CD's around again. I guess I am to blame as well, for not researching more. I felt a salesperson would know the features of their cars. Not sure if I would purchase from Berger again! More
