I had a great experience at Berger Chevrolet. My 21 year old daughter bought her first car from Todd Richards, who gave us solid advice and was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. I am extremely impressed with Berger Chevrolet! After being on the market for a car for a couple months and dealing with multiple unprofessional dealerships, Berger exceeded any/all expectations and went being on the market for a car for a couple months and dealing with multiple unprofessional dealerships, Berger exceeded any/all expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was 110% satisfied and happy with my purchase of a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. Todd Richards and Jeremy Rhoton are the guys to go to!! They give the best prices in town hands down and generally care for you. April 1st but no prank. I post this on April 1st, but its not a prank. I purchased my car on Christmas Eve. I picked it up on the 26th or 27th. Before I could get it in I post this on April 1st, but its not a prank. I purchased my car on Christmas Eve. I picked it up on the 26th or 27th. Before I could get it in the driveway, the check engine light came on. I made contact with the salesman and eventually, their solution was simply clearing the code saying it was the cold weather. Fast forward a few days and it was back on. I have now made numerous attempts to get whatever the issue is addressed and fixed for 4 MONTHS and all I get is "Let me call you" and that call never comes. And the check engine light is still on. Come on, it came on before I was able to drive 9 miles from the dealership to my own driveway. I guess once they have your money, its move on to the next. I'll need to spend my own money to get this resolved and it won't be at Berger, that's for sure. More
