Customer Satisfaction Everyone at Berger went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car purchase. After I brought my car home I noticed a couple of Everyone at Berger went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car purchase. After I brought my car home I noticed a couple of manufacturer flaws in the seat stitching and the paint. I brought my car back the next day and my salesman, Hugh, continued to work to find the best solution. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.
