Recently had a very bad experience with another Chevy Dealership and have been looking for a Chevy truck for several months. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jim and Alje were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they put both me and my fiancée at ease throughout the whole process. I have to say my experience at Berger was the BEST dealership experience I have had to date. I have gone to Berger in the past for service work on my truck and always had a good experience with the Se dealership experience I have had to date. Now I was in the market for another truck to accommodate my growing family and I didn't even really consider Berger at first. I started by looking on-line and found a truck that I was potentially interested in. I got an immediate email from Robin asking how she could help. A few minutes later I got a phone call from Don explaining the truck I was looking at was sold the night before but he assured me that he had other trucks in stock that would fit my needs. Since I had a half day, I had planned to shop several dealership in town. So I first stopped in at Berger and met with Don. He was extremely professional and courteous. He showed me several used trucks that might fit my needs. He even checked to see once if buying a new truck would have made more sense for me. Through the entire process Don was very up-front and honest with his advise. I ended up settling on a used Silverado. Even through the negotiating process there was a level of service that I had not experienced in my previous dealing with other dealerships. Even the paperwork process was enjoyable, thanks to Cathy. I am very pleased to have worked with Berger and the employees I dealt with there. I would highly recommend them without hesitation! Keep up the great work! More
