Horrible. My service advisor totally did more then what I asked for. I came in with a bad power steering pump that needed replaced that was also covered under w My service advisor totally did more then what I asked for. I came in with a bad power steering pump that needed replaced that was also covered under warranty. I dropped my car off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back until the next day, with no work being done at all. My sales rep ended up ended up doing diagnostics to pretty much my whole car and the warranty company didn’t cover it so I had to come out of pocket for that when I never asked it to be done. And on top of that whoever looked at my power steering pump made it worse cause when I picked up my vehicle there was power steering fluid all over my engine. Now it won’t hold not one bottle of power steering fluid for more then an hour. It wasn’t like that before I took it there. All he kept saying was pay for the diagnostics and pick up your car and bring it back in a couple days. Totally unprofessional and his manager will be getting a phone call from me on Monday More
