Worst chevrolet service I have ever had This was the worst service center I have ever experienced. Had a appointment set up to drop off my vehicle and get a rental car. After handing off This was the worst service center I have ever experienced. Had a appointment set up to drop off my vehicle and get a rental car. After handing off my keys. I had to wait 1-1/2 before I was given my rental car. I had asked to have my car washed also with the service which other dealers just do for people who purchased a new vehicle from them. This didn’t happen as the dusty marks were the same dusty marks that were on it when I dropped it off. I was also told I would receive updates on my vehicle. I received none! After calling 3 times myself close to the end of the day I was finally called back and told I’m not sure if it’s fixed. Picking up the vehicle also took close to an hour. As I was walking out I was also pulled aside but the person who said he washed my car and given a sticky with his number on it. Telling me that the dealership wash never gets the cars clean but here is his number he does car detailing on the side. Also service tech tried to sell me a alignment telling me how off it was but when I asked to see the print out I was completely in the green. More
