Mechanic left tools in trunk. Besides the tools issue I came back the next day to have a $10 coupon off applied to the bill for an alignment sold to me. I got some blowback from whoever the guy was that meet me in the lane. I had to ask to speak to a manager before he easily did what he should have done in the first place. I've been having a string of bad luck at this place. Seriously considering exploring other dealerships the next time I buy new.
