Great experience! After searching the internet for over a week and trading emails and texts with dealerships and salesman, I made the best decision to go to Bettenhause After searching the internet for over a week and trading emails and texts with dealerships and salesman, I made the best decision to go to Bettenhausen and work with Hamzeh El Qawasmi. Mosts dealerships post a very low price online and then waste your time explaining why you don’t qualify for this incentive or that rebate. All this does is leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.... Bettenhausen lists the price that everyone qualifies for and then they work with you to get to a price that, in my experience, is fair and the lowest you”ll find for that class of a vehicle. The best part was the entire experience took about an hour, including the test drive. I did my homework ahead of time so I knew the price I was looking for and Hamzeh was able to get there (he actually came in under my number!). I didn’t waste time having to talk to a different person about financing and a different person about an extended warranty, he handled all of it. Overall it was a great experience. I believe most people worry going to buy a car because you’re afraid you’ll get taken advantage of. At Bettenhausen you don’t have to worry because they’re transparent and upfront but more importantly they don’t pressure you into a purchase. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and I can get Z plan from Ford because my dad worked for them for over 35 years (sorry dad). Save yourself a lot of time and just go to Bettenhausen and ask for Hamzeh. More

Not only was the customer service great, but Bettenhausen offered me more in trade for my vehicle than the Ford dealership I had bought it from did a year ago. Charles is the man! The upfront disclosure of pricing was great! Charles pulled up the breakdown of the vehicles on the computer right in front of us. There was never any back and forth between him and management. Everyone was very friendly and never pushy. The manager came up several times to check in on us to make sure we were happy. Charles is great, very honest, down to earth, and willing to work with us to make sure we were happy. I will recommend him to my friends and family in the future and this dealership. Also, Tenita was very helpful in explaining all of the accessories in my new vehicle, she took her time and was very thorough and patient.
