Honest, helpful, and no nonsense dealership. I was a bit weary going into Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep Dodge because I had never worked with a no haggle dealership before. Nick was honest upfront about the pricing and showed me a breakdown of what I was paying for. Not only was the customer service great, but Bettenhausen offered me more in trade for my vehicle than the Ford dealership I had bought it from did a year ago. Charles is the man! The upfront disclosure of pricing was great! Charles pulled up the breakdown of the vehicles on the computer right in front of us. There was never any back and forth between him and management. Everyone was very friendly and never pushy. The manager came up several times to check in on us to make sure we were happy. Charles is great, very honest, down to earth, and willing to work with us to make sure we were happy. I will recommend him to my friends and family in the future and this dealership. Also, Tenita was very helpful in explaining all of the accessories in my new vehicle, she took her time and was very thorough and patient. Bettenhausen is by far the best I have purchased vehicles from several dealerships over the years and I have never encountered one that is as helpful as Bettenhausen. My service advi I have purchased vehicles from several dealerships over the years and I have never encountered one that is as helpful as Bettenhausen. My service advisor Ryan works extremely hard and that is a direct reflection on how hard the rest of the dealer ship works as well.
