After the sale, Dodge and Bettenhausen ASK you to please fill out a review; a good or bad review is your call. Bill Awad was our contact when we first walked into Bettenhausen. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us some models and prices. We told him what we'd like our monthly payment to be, and he said he would do his best to make it work........and he sure kept his promise !!! ........he worked the rebates/incentives, and then ran the numbers thru 4 different credit agencies, and then analyzed all the numbers that came back to get us the best deal possible. He was very detailed, and explained everything step-by-step, there was no "let me get my manager", or hidden costs......EVERYTHING was clear and explained up front. Bill was very knowledgeable about the products, and gave us a very detailed walkthru of the car and all of it's features. He was a "genuinely" nice guy and very pleasant to deal with. I had a very bad experience with the TYSON dealership in Joliet a few years back and will NEVER go back there !!! Bettenhausen was the complete opposite of Tyson, and i'd highly recommend them to anyone after my experience there. More

I was looking to lease a new Pacifica for my business and Jamie Kwak was amazing at finding me exactly what I wanted. I had several weeks left on my existing lease and she never pressured me to purchase a new vehicle before I walked out that door. Jamie's knowledge of the vehicle was very helpful in helping me make the right choice. Her and the team at Bettenhausen worked a great deal up for me and I came in several weeks later to pick up my new van. I have no problem recommending Jamie to any of my friends & family looking for a new vehicle. I know I'll come back when it's time for another vehicle. Five stars all the way!! Thanks More

Don't buy from here, service dept is great though I have purchased two vehicles now through bettenhausen. I have been disappointed both times. After purchasing my first vehicle, Dodge Grand caravan 20 I have purchased two vehicles now through bettenhausen. I have been disappointed both times. After purchasing my first vehicle, Dodge Grand caravan 2016, the person that did the paperwork did not do something correct with the plates so not only did I pay the fee to the dealership I also got a fine for around$200 that I had to pay and the dealership did not help out return phone calls. However I still went there because of my packages and free oil changes and I like the services department. So I decided to purchase another car, Dodge Durango 2018, and the next day once we actually started to use it we noticed the radio volume goes out and then way up, only happens on FM/AM and I turned off all the features and looked in the owner's manual to try and fix. I called and emailed the person who sold me the car, Steven Callan, and now he doesn't seem to car he made his deal. Then I can the dealership to see if it was a feature or something I missed and then got transferred before hung up on, did this multiple times. Finally I just talked to the services but unfortunately they are booked out so now I have to sit and wait for hours to get something fixed that should of been figured out before it was even purchased. More

He weighed all the options out for me and truly broke the steroptypical barrier of a "typical car salesman." He is an asset to any customer who is looking to buy or lease a car becaus he is very relatable and understanding in addition to be well versed on key components of the car buying process. He focuses on what works for the consumer rather than how it would benefit him or the company he works for. This dealership is lucky to have a sales manager like Steve, he is not only an asset to the company but he is a asset to the customer in the car buying/leasing process. More
