An easy car buying experience Before I went to bettenhausen I had been looking at various dealerships for awhile in hopes of buying my first car. The visits to all of these other d Before I went to bettenhausen I had been looking at various dealerships for awhile in hopes of buying my first car. The visits to all of these other dealerships left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I was turned off by the entire process completely and put it on hold for about a month. When my parents began asking me if I was ready to go back out and look for cars again I was actually brought to tears about the thought of showing up at another dealership and being ambushed by 5 workers before I could even get my car in park. Every trip to a dealership was very stressful, overwhelmed, pressuring and not straight forward in any way. I felt like I was being shown cara I had zero interest in and that I left each time feeling like I wasted multiple hours of my busy day and got nothing accomplished. When I got to bettenhausen I wanted to just browse the lot before I step foot in the door and see what was there. To our surprise my mom and I were able to walk the lot and casually look at the different cars at our own pace. When we were ready to go inside and talk to a sales person we did not feel in anyway ambushed by multiple individuals fighting for your attention. Instead we sat down with Joe and he took out his notepad and pencil and listened to me describe what my ideal first car would be and took notes on everything I was saying. Joe was very straight forward and honest which was greatly apprecited by both my mother and I. We really enjoyed the kind hospitality we were shown as well as the laid back atmosphere. I genuinely think both bettenhausen dealership and Joe played a big role in my car purchasing process switching me from upset and frustrated just hours before arriving to becoming the owner of a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee that same day. To say I was pleased is an understatement, and I am absolutely over the moon about my new purchase. I arrived at bettenhausen never wanting to go to another car dealership again in my life and I still feel that way because now it's the only car dealership I want to bring my business too.
