Fantastic Experience! We visited their Jeep dealership in Orland Park to begin our search for a Jeep. We knew we wanted one - someday, but had never even test drove one. O We visited their Jeep dealership in Orland Park to begin our search for a Jeep. We knew we wanted one - someday, but had never even test drove one. Our sales person was Abbie Kloss. She approached us and made herself available as we took a look in the yard. She immediatly confirmed their pricing and commission policy - which was very helpful. She suggested we pick one for a drive after explaining the differences in models. Following our test drive we came in sat down with her and reviewed our options. Abbie worked very hard on our behalf to make a deal. We actually drove home that night in our new Jeep! the interaction was professional and not stressful at all. Abbie is wonderful to work with, and this entire process was simple. We highly recommend Bettenhausen and Abbie. More
