This was a great car buying experience. I found a reasonably priced new Jeep on line. I filled out the name and number information on the site and within minutes I got a call back from the I found a reasonably priced new Jeep on line. I filled out the name and number information on the site and within minutes I got a call back from the Bettenhausen dealership. The salesman held the jeep for us with our name until we could get to the dealership several hours later. He showed us the Jeep and the features and held it overnight so we could bring back another family member. The salesman did NOT ask us to put down money and when we returned the next day the Jeep was still held with our name on it. We were able to have the same salesman take care of us. Our salesman Adam Stratton was attentive and took us through the whole process. He was personable and efficient. The dealership was busy with people and it was a pleasent atmosphere to be in. Adam took us through the various warrentys and even though I was not ready to commit to purchasing additional ones, I felt educated about my Jeep. I plan on coming back to purchase some of the additional security to help me maintain the best life for my Jeep. The service technician Rita Roberts was also very personable and she knew the vehicle and walked us through the details of this particular Jeep. The whole Bettenhausen dealership experience was positive for my family and we Love our Jeep. We went out to lunch afterward to celebrate. More

Over the next few days - and all on email - I negotiated price, options, and add-ons, established price, sent info on my trade in, and applied for financing. All that required going back to the dealership was to swap my trade-in for my new Wrangler Unlimited! Never have I had such a customer-friendly experience at a dealer.
