Amazing customer service. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Uncooperative Bought a 2013 car from this dealership in September 2016. Within two months of the purchase, horn had to replaced and transmission worked on, which I Bought a 2013 car from this dealership in September 2016. Within two months of the purchase, horn had to replaced and transmission worked on, which I was charged for. Within the next month, transmission problems occurred again; also noticed that the passenger window never rolled down, the doors did not seal fully, and the horn needed to be replaced again within 6 months of the supposed "replacement of original horn." Went into the dealership multiple times to inquire about a trade or repair. Completely unprofessional attitude, blew me off like I wasn't important because I wasn't buying a new car. Refused to give a trade or a repair. I was told they would call when they found a dealership to fix my horn and transmission; did not call until 3 days later with the news of they were "working on it". I informed them that I refused to pay for another horn replacement as I paid for one within two months of the purchase. They also stated that they could not perform the lock recall on my car. Felt very disrespected and snubbed even though they were the ones who knowingly sold me a car that they did not check over before they put it out on the lot, a car that they knew had multiple transmission and electrical issues before they took it and did not mention any of those during the sale. Very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership at all. More
